Guidelines
The Andover Jr Sports Association strives to ensure clarity and fairness in our refund policy for the Andover Jr Football & Cheer program. Participants who choose to withdraw from the program BEFORE Jr Football Camp's first day are eligible for a full refund of their Registration Fees. For withdrawals made on the first day of Jr Football Camp and up until Equipment Checkout, a full refund will be provided, minus any applicable Jr Football Camp fee. However, any withdrawal after Equipment Checkout will result in the forfeiture of all remaining Registration Fees.
To initiate the refund process, participants must submit a refund request via email to the Andover Jr Sports Association at info@andoverjrfootball.com. It's crucial to note that refunds will only be considered if the email is received and verified by AJSA before the specified deadlines. The Refund Policy is strictly adhered to, and no exceptions will be made. Participants should be aware that informing their Head Coach does not fulfill the refund obligation, and it is not the responsibility of the coaching staff to process refund notifications on your behalf, nor will the request be accepted.
