The Andover Jr Sports Association (AJSA) is excited to invite you, your family, or your company to become a sponsor for our Andover Jr Football & Cheer program for the 2024 season. Reflecting on the 2023 season, despite the challenges we encountered, we are proud of the growth and excitement we experienced. Our program, proudly affiliated with the Kansas Mid State Football League and supported by dedicated volunteers, plays a vital role in preparing young athletes for future success.

Our mission is to ensure that every child within the Andover USD 385 boundaries is provided the opportunity to participate in football and cheerleading, regardless of financial circumstances. We are thrilled to welcome over 200 children this season, from Pre-K through 6th grade, who will benefit from a comprehensive and enriching sports experience.

Each tackle football player receives essential gear, including helmets, shoulder pads, practice and game jerseys, and football pants with pads. The cost of maintaining and upgrading this equipment is a significant expense for our program. Safety is our top priority; therefore, we have an AED (Automated External Defibrillator) available on the field at each home game at both of our stadiums. Additionally, all football coaches are certified through USA Football, and cheer coaches are Cheer and Dance Safety certified through the NFHS each year. All head coaches and their first assistants are also certified in First Aid, CPR, and AED to ensure a safe environment for our players. Community support is crucial for maintaining these high safety standards, managing equipment costs, and enhancing our program.

While registration fees cover half of each athlete's expenses, families must fundraise to cover the remaining costs. Your generous sponsorship helps bridge this gap, covering essential equipment, safety measures, and overall program enhancements.
