Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
Andover Jr Cheer
The Andover Jr Sports Association strives to ensure clarity and fairness in our refund policy for the Jr Cheer Program. Participants who choose to withdraw from the program before uniforms are sized and ordered are eligible for a full refund of their Registration Fees, with processing fees deducted. However, any withdrawal after uniform sizing will result in the forfeiture of all Registration Fees to include fees. To initiate the refund process, participants must submit a refund request via email to the Andover Jr Sports Association at info@andoverjrfootball.com. It's crucial to note that refunds will only be considered if the email is received and verified by the President before the specified deadlines. The Refund Policy is strictly adhered to, and no exceptions will be made. Participants should be aware that informing their Head Coach does not fulfill the refund obligation, and it is not the responsibility of the coaching staff to process refund notifications on their behalf, nor will the request be accepted.
Andover Jr Football

Participants who choose to withdraw from the program BEFORE camp's first day are eligible for a full refund of their Registration Fees. For withdrawals made on the first day of Jr Football Camp and up until Equipment Checkout, a full refund will be provided, minus any applicable Jr Football Camp fee. However, any withdrawal after Equipment Checkout will result in the forfeiture of all remaining Registration Fees. To initiate the refund process, participants must submit a refund request via email to the Andover Jr Sports Association at info@andoverjrfootball.com. It's crucial to note that refunds will only be considered if the email is received and verified by AJSA before the specified deadlines.
